Marksville, Louisiana is the home of the flagship store in the heart of Central Louisiana. This location was opened in 2008 and you can find a variety of Cajun specialty items prepared in the store. Some customer favorites are bacon-wrapped shrimp, boudin stuffed chickens, seafood stuffed potatoes, cream cheese stuffed pork loins, and ribeye rolls. But the options are endless, many items are offered stuffed with boudin, seafood stuffing, cream cheese or pepperjack cheese, and we can wrap almost anything in bacon! You can also find pre-cooked meals including items such as white beans, crawfish etouffee, creole corn, shrimp and corn soup, sweet potato casserole, and many other main and side dishes for you to enjoy! Our second location of Juneau’s Cajun Meats was opened on Hwy 190 in Erwinville, Louisiana in early 2022. In this location, you can find a variety of Cajun specialty meat items to be prepared at home. Our third location of Juneau’s Cajun Meats opened in January 2023 in Franklinton, Louisiana. This location offers the same products that customers know and love. Specialty items include stuffed chickens, ribeye rolls, cream cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon, and stuffed pork loins. As with each of our locations, the options are endless. We also offer pre-cooked meals in the freezer section. Some items included are smothered green beans, smothered cabbage, white or red beans, shrimp and corn soup, and chicken and sausage gumbo.
